~After almost two decades in the Cosmetology industry, it's time to air the dirty laundry. We know you want the gossip, the pains, the crazy stories, and the special bonds we have with our clients.

Please enjoy and take note of how wild, silly, talented, and raw our career can be. I wouldn't change it for anything.

    Diary of a Hairstylist

OMGOSH I received my book yesterday afternoon! I’m not much of a reader, BUT I read the entire thing in about an hour and a half! Emily did such a GREAT job of letting us all know what great listener she is! She has been doing my hair since she was in beauty school. She will always tell you the truth about your hair and if she thinks a style won’t work she will tell you! I appreciate everything she has ever done for our family! We ALL see Emily. Her co-workers ARE her family. So proud!

    Love the title

I got my pre-order edition of "Diary of a Hairstylist" and I’m absolutely loving it. I’m already over halfway through! Emily's stories remind me of the days when my mom was going to cosmetology school. I can still remember the spiral perms she used to give me! Take all day!! I have definitely told my hairstylist of over 10 years the highs and lows of my life. If you’re looking for a heartfelt and nostalgic book to read. Highly recommend!!

    Couldn’t put it down!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Emily does such a great job of telling us hair challenged lay people what life is really like on the other end of the shears. You can really tell how much she loves her job, but also her clients. I couldn’t put it down. The one “critique” is I wish there were more. Sign me up for the preorder on the next volume! I want the tea!
